Malnourished children have begun to overwhelm hospitals in Gaza, as the strip starves to death, with trucks carrying food being blocked by the Israeli military and citizens, who reportedly are sitting their children in front of trucks to prevent Palestinians from eating.

Doctors Without Borders say a quarter of young children and pregnant women are malnourished, blaming Israel’s blockade on all aid entering Gaza.

For some time now, but most recently seen on the ‘Nelk Boys’ podcast, Israeli PM Netenyahu has used the lie that Hamas are stealing aid to continue the starvation, however, analysis by USAID has found no evidence of this.

The UK, as with most Western nations, has done nothing to stop the genocide – this is unsurprising given that the UK still continues to supply F-35 jet parts to Israel, financially and strategically benefitting from doing so. 

A new report by the UK Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee has reported that British public opinion on the situation in Gaza is ahead of the political opinion, according to Chris Wilkins, a former director of strategy for Theresa May.

The report also states that the British government is ‘powerless’ due to ties between the UK and the US and Israel. The UK is not powerless, they must simply stop appeasing fascists.

The UK, and the rest of the world, must act now to show Israel that it cannot mass-starve innocent people and get away with it.
